Mounter II
In my last blog, I discussed about the mounter speed; I will talk about the
consideration of the conditions of production at this blog.
There are several conditions of productions for instance low-mixed with
high-volume and high-mixed with low volume.
High speed chip shooter does not mend for this kind of production all the time.
Users must consider the numbers of component, size of PCBs, result of output,
etc. which all these elements must be included in an extent of criteria of one’s
selection. Users
shall have to plan a structured approach to finding and selecting appropriate
machines to suit almost any situation.
Examples – Different Types of Assembly Methods:
(A) High Volume of Production
(1)
- (Daily Production
above 1 Mil Points)
Terms on combination of 2 units
of mounters.
