Having work for around 30 years in electronics manufacturing environment
within the factory operation scope base management, I could share some of

.Using the 4 M ( 1st = Man , 2nd= Method , 3rd
=Materials and 4th=Machine or 5th M = Money ).Simply
we can conclude that Man (PEOPLES) are the no 1 important ,who need to
manage the others M s’ be it working method, materials
procurements/inventory ,machine set up and repair or to manage the company
financial (P &L)
It is always about the PEOPLES that determine the company healthy growth and
with fair competition providing open opportunity to grow for all. Those from
the Top management and right to the bottom level of operation staff are all
equally important asset to the company. Whereby all must work as a
