Having work for around 30 years in electronics manufacturing environment within the factory operation scope base management, I could share some of those valuable Management Thoughts as guidance or ideas for which we have enjoy the success year by years .Using the 4 M ( 1^st = Man , 2^nd= Method , 3^rd =Materials and 4^th=Machine or 5^th M = Money ).Simply we can conclude that Man (PEOPLES) are the no 1 important ,who need to manage the others M s’ be it working method, materials procurements/inventory ,machine set up and repair or to manage the company financial (P &L)                                            

It is always about the PEOPLES that determine the company healthy growth and with fair competition providing open opportunity to grow for all. Those from the Top management and right to the bottom level of operation staff are all equally important asset to the company. Whereby all must work as a TEAM and Consistently with Commitment and Responsibility.

How do we think? What do we think?, Where do we think ? Why do we think?                  The MIND can think Positively or it can think Negatively .In THINKING what matters most is your attitude which will put you in the correct frame of mind.

The HEAD Inspires  us to THINK  BIG/Positively and Think Profitability.

The EARS Prompt us to LISTEN Patiently to new Ideas and Suggestion.

The EYES Point to deep CONCENTRATION needed to finish task in hand well and quickly.

The NOSE Tells us to POKE around Inquisitively to Learnt more.

The MOUTH Reminds us to SPEAK Less and Listen more.

STRENGTH – Work on your strength, enable you to put your best foot forward.

WEAKNESS – Identify and Improve to correct it !

OPPORTUNITIES – Are plenty and even in adversity.

THREATS – Are like ticking time bomb, defuse them by anticipating and taking preventive     .                      ACTION.
